@Alex Khojainov  What neighborhood did you buy your 1st house in in West Baltimore? How long ago was that? How much work was needed and did you do all the work yourself?

@Account Closed What neighborhood and zip code is that rental in? Was that a recent purchase?

Can someone clarify this for me please? Is it an FHA requirement that if you purchase a home with a loan from them, you have to live in the home 2 years or is it just that you can't get another FHA loan from them for 2 years? I think if you get a loan thru Fannie Mae as an owner occupant they require you to live in the home 1 year.

Does anyone know of any banks in Baltimore or Maryland in general that will let you either put the mortgage and deed in your LLC's name or at least the deed in the LLC's name and the mortgage in your name?
