Hey Aaron,
I have been to Murfreesboro once a few years ago to attend a Micheal Burt event. I liked the area and it seems like its a good location to own multi. I'm interested in acquiring a 50+ unit building. I'm locating in Washington State but I've owned income properties out of state in the past.
