Hi Doug welcome!

Lower First Street is A LOT different then Mid First st.  But I am still surprised the Mayor is moving in.

Also the 50k Grant Money for rehab has a lot of red tape.

I believe garbage cost in Albany is 120 per unit. Also there is a $50 ROP inspection that is needed every 30 months for each unit.

Have an engineer check it out. A lot of homes settle which usually isnt a big concern. Usually you can fix the slant with sleepers and sheathing.
