@Shiloh Lundahl
Thanks for sharing. I really enjoy reading stories like yours. It is very encouraging. I need to start stepping it up. I have a few investment properties that I bought 8-11 years ago. They have done amazing but I need to buy more.
I remember listening to your podcast. Do you still teach parenting classes? My kids are awesome but being a parent it tough.

I am no pro at interior or exterior design. I was think might be a good idea to hire someone to help me out with a few BRRR's I have coming up. I was thinking Fiverr might be a good resource. Has anyone had experience good or bad with Fiverr designers?? Any recommendations for me?

I first property was a 4 plex in Phoenix, AZ. Bought in 2009 with a 203K FHA loan. It was vacant and in pretty rough shape. I still have it. It is doing great. I wish I knew about refinancing and pulling money out for a down payment. I probably could have bought a few more identical buildings.
