I'm not that familiar with PA probate law but I'm assuming you'll need the decedent's name and case number.

This would be after you cross reference the address of the decedent's subject property with the county tax records.

Or you can request the death certificate from the county viatical statistics. Whomever filled it out will be your first point of contact..
