Indeed, you're correct. I was browsing through San Bernardino State University's Real Estate Degree Program and noticed that some subjects align with those I've studied here in the Philippines. If I decide to pursue my studies there to obtain a license, do you think my completed subjects would be credited toward obtaining the license? Additionally, I'm open to training as an agent while pursuing my degree. Considering the license and credentials I possess in the Philippines, do you think I could leverage them to apply to realty firms?

Hi there - I'm very excited to be joining. I plan on taking a year to save, research, and build my community. I am a homeowner in Truckee, CA and will be looking to invest in multifamily homes outside my sate. I believe I'll start in NV because it's accessible, in more ways than one.

Hi all,

My fiancee and I leave in Brentwood, CA (East Bay) and are really interested in real estate investing. We are at the beginning of our journey (reading/listening to materials, working on defining our strategy, etc.) and would like to meet likeminded people, rookies or not, to learn from. are there any meetups around the area that anyone would recommend?
