If your going to mail to probates, your mailing to the PR (Personal Representative).
The PR represents the decedent's estate, the attorney represents the PR. When your researching probate files, take notice of those estate(s) we're there is no attorney involved. The PR is filing as "In Pro Per". The PR is acting as their own attorney, in doing so they're trying to save on attorney cost's. Here the PR may be motivated to sell. More so if the PR resides outside of the state your located...
