@Sean Johnson...If you numbers work out,  I say go for it.  I invest in the area and the rents are average but steady and can be raised incrementally over time.  I'm sure @Alexander Felice      @Shelby Osbourne can assist. A year or so in the market, let me know if I can assist from a newbie perspective.  I wish you well.

@Ryan Daigle I agree with the others.  The lenders are out there.  I believe I used rental income or maybe even projected was used on my last financed deal.  If you keep striking out, let me know and I can recommend someone.
