Someone mentioned CAPWest, Lending One or MB Financial..I've not used them but may be worth it to research. I just hit 3 investments this month and already looking for the next financing option. Good Luck.

I agree with the property managment comment. The good ones are excellent managers but have more than enough to keep them busy.
