Only slowing down to gain more financial momentum. I'm always shopping, so if I find a good deal, I will figure out a way to close on it. My creativitiy will have to kick in or partner up with others.

Closed on my 3rd SFH in 13 months 2 weeks ago and after first listening to BP! Thanks BP! In true transparent BP fashion, I used my own "skin" (cash) for down payments and financing. I'm now looking to use the "RR" in the BRRR method for the next even before the end of 2018 if possible. Also, I've now have been approached for JV opportunities as well. For all looking to act, you can do it! For the ladies out there, YOU definitely can do it. Talk to people and you'll be amazed what they will share.
