@Frankie Devine...You got this! Dive in and make the first offer if you have not already. You are also in a good market from what I've read on the forums.  I had paralysis analysis and finally had a experienced investor said, "what are you waiting for?" time waits for no one.  I wish you well.

I was researching when I found BP. I, like most, read and listened to everything I could for a few months. Found my 1st property and closed Sept 2017, so it was about 4-5 months.  The 2nd one I just closed May 29 2018, same amount of time.  Looking to close on the next in the next 90 days. The hardest part was transitioning from "paralysis analysis" to putting in offers. You can do it if you havent already. Research then ACT.
