@Frank Puleo.. Hello and welcome to BP! I agree with Adam Schneider about the Fayetteville Real Estate Investor meetup. It was the most productive meeting place I've attended. Congrats on your first deal. I used Union Home Mortgage for my first deal in NC. They may require at least a 6 month seasoning period. PM for specifics.
