There are many REI groups in San Antonio and all of them are a little different. I've been to meetings at almost every one of them, but haven't taken the plunge to become a member at any. I'm looking for some un-biased reviews on the resources each one provides. I know one deal usually makes back much more than your investment, but still looking for the best place to invest both my time and money. It will also be a help to all the new investors that get lured into the "opportunities" some of the groups provide.
