There's still plenty of cashflow to be had in San Antonio, especially if you're willing to rehab the property before you rent it.  Vacancy rate is about 6%, SFRs rent pretty quick.

@James Wise be sure to check out some properties here in San Antonio when you're here for the finals next year.  Just don't hold any grudges against the town if they win it in 6.

It was the Chinese government trying to take down BP.  They know that if the citizens of the US all become successful real estate investors it will inhibit their ability to buy our entire country.  Their strategic plan is to take down the BP Empire, then move on to taking down the property brothers and other HGTV stars.
