@Brian Gibbons great thread!  I'm taking notes on everything.

You seem to go to lease options as a good solution, but from what I understand they're just about dead in Texas.  I'm not sure if you know the states regs exactly, but I listened to a lawyer give a talk saying that the rules in place made them no longer a viable option.  Any insight would be appreciated!

Where is the best place to pick up tax delinquent lists?  Have people had luck with getting the lists from the tax assessor?

You could help SA investors if you let us know who you're dealing with.  Good property managers can be hard to find, and the earlier you can weed out the bad ones the better.

You mind telling us who you're using?  There's definitely no such law that I know about.
