If you are going to join KW, I would go into what ever office you are thinking about joining and see if you can start shadowing some of the Top Agents/Teams. Start helping folks do open houses to see what they do and what you think they can improve on. Ask the office if you can sign up for the Ignite program (it is a free 12 class course).
