They went through MBO NW, LLC for the hard money. Terms were 12% 2 points. They had the property roughly 60 days. They are already refinanced out.

@Adrian Chu is absolutely correct. That area has drug, prostitution and homeless issues. Can you find a good cash flowing property there? Of course, just be aware that it also comes with its potential risks.
