Hello,

I am wondering how investors who manage their own properties collect rent when they live in different states or countries.

The easy answer is to get a management company to do it for you but they take too much of the profit.

So if you are going to self manage how do you get payments from renters?  And what if the payments are in cash

I live in a very cold town and i am looking for a decent furnace to put in to one of my mobile homes. Goodman comes up when I do a search but i hear a lot of bad things about them,

So I am looking for some suggestions for a decent furnace. It is in an older home so I dont want an expensive furnace. Maybe is the 600  to 800 rage.

Any ideas

Hi

I was told that an oil company bought a ton of fully furnished mobile homes for the Bakken oil patch. They are now selling these homes.

They are brand new never used homes.

They are fully furnished, pots, pans etc

I realtor told me about them but he is representing a group who bought a ton of them so he wont tell me what oil company they came from.

So I am trying to find out how i can get ahold of a few of my own homes.

Does anyone know what company to contact.

I have done a couple of google searches on it but didnt find anything.

I recently bought a park and could use some homes to fill it up.

Thanks

Travis

Post: Need some help on loaning a guy money on a building..

Hi everyone..

I was contacted by a guy who has a balloon due on his building. He wants to borrow 40,000 from me to pay it off and is willing to pay 1000.00 a month in interest for a year at which he will be able to pay me back.

I would have a title company do a title search at his cost to assure me that there are not any other liens on the building. Besides the title search what else should I consider?

I need to move fairly quickly on this if I am going to go through with it.

Thanks in advance

Travis
