Hello all,

I am in the middle of doing a deal with Auction.com. This is my first dealing with them and it has been so so over all.

I am looking for other company's like Auction .com who sell repo property's . Do you guys and gals know of other pages out there?

I was told about Mackoff Kellog and Robinson Tait but when i looked them both up they didnt have any listings for property's.

So suggestions?

Thanks

Travis

Hi,

I have a Sonos WiFi and I like to listen to different podcasts on it. I downloaded
Stitcher Radio to my Sonos program but I am not sure how to get a BP podcast onto the Sonos app. I can listen to comedy, news programs etc but I am not sure how to add BP. Any ideas?

Also is there a way to skip around on the BP app? I really dont care for the beginning conversation between the two hosts.  Thank you

Post: Should I spend 20,000 to pay down a loan or buy another property?

Hi all!

I have two loans associated with my business and I am wondering if I should take $20,000 to $30,000 and pay one of the loans down?

Here are the loan details

Both loans have a balance of about $190,000 and they are both at 6.5% interest. The remaining term is about nine years.

So i could plop a lump sum onto this loan and shorten my term by a couple of years and save interest as well.

The second idea is to take the money and put it towards  another rental property purchase. I have to say that I have a comfortable of properties now and I am not 100% sure that I want any more.

So i am open to suggestions.

Thanks

Travis

HI I dont see a Mini Storage sub forum so I will post it here.

I am looking at starting my first storage facility. I have found 2.3 acres and i am going to meet with a surveyor today to see if we are out of the flood plain.

I have very little knowledge on storage units so I am sure I will have a few questions.

If there are any knowledgeable people on here please let me know so we can start a discussion,

Thanks in advance Travis

I thought the extra $2000.00 would be a savings because it would be taxed as passive income and not earned income. Turns out that tax laws have changed and there is a P.I.G. law that wont allow me to do this.

Can anyone expound on this?

Is there anything that I can do here to lessen my taxes?
