Probably somewhere near Jefferson or Mark Twain Forest.

Yes, as you can see I truly don't know anything about living out there. Yes, I was trying to reference purchasing land and then sell the marketable wood on the property.
Or, we would buy farmland and lease it out. No, I wouldn't be farming it myself, I would hope I can find a farmer that would want to lease the land.

We might be making a move soon out to Missouri and we would love to talk to some people!
We will be buying a house, but we have sooooo many questions.
Can I buy land to build a house on?
Is it wise to find land with tillable wood?
Should we lease out farmland?
So many questions! If you are an investor (or have AMPLE experience) in the above, please post! I want to talk to you!

@Brian G., you have too (and should) in your listing. Also, at least for Airbnb, you need to select it under what guests need to know about your home and have photos of the camera locations in your listing.

Wow, I think my reply was in the wrong thread! Lol. But to answer you question on cameras--Yes, I have them posted at the entrances to the property. Usually at the entryway and back door entrance.

They can do great! It's one of the reasons I love purchasing short term rentals. I currently have two out there.
