Has anyone here used the Grant Cardone University - Cardone Sales Training?
This man has built a very successful real estate investing business, and he's actually been featured on one of the bigger pockets podcasts.
I would like to hear any feedback from people who have used his program .
Thanks BP!

I definitely agree with the others commenting on your post, REIA will definitely be beneficial if you have the time to attend and get your money's worth.
In regards to raising money, there more ways than i can count. whats best for you depends on your specific situation. You can do anything from crowd funding, FHA/VA, 203k, Hard Money Lenders, Private Money Lenders, Partnerships, leveraging a self-directed IRA, etc.
When people ask me how to raise money, there are many questions that must be answered before guidance can be given (e.g. - What is the money being raised for?, How much are you trying to raise?, what is your current DTI?, and most importantly: HOW MUCH TIME DO YOU HAVE?)
If your not comfortable sharing that information publicly, find someone here on BP that is doing EXACTLY what you want to be doing and send them a message. Introduce yourself, explain your situation, share your goals, and your plan to obtain those goals. conclude by asking if they might be able to point you in the right direction. whether it be quick tips, references to study material, occasional coaching, or a complete mentorship/partnership.
Another avenue i DEFINITELY recommend is: The Book on Investing in Real Estate with No (and Low) Money Down. @Brandon Turner
At the end of the day no advice get, no matter how much you study, none of will matter unless you take action and make mistakes and learn from them.
I will leave a couple references below:
Check out the The Ultimate Beginner’s Guide to Real Estate Wholesaling: https://www.biggerpockets.com/renewsblog/2015/01/3...
Also look at The Ultimate Guide to Using Direct Mail Advertising to Grow Your Real Estate Business: https://www.biggerpockets.com/renewsblog/2014/04/0...
You can also talk to @Jerry Puckett if you are serious about jump starting you wholesaling business using direct mail. I would definitely educate yourself on the business first but he is a outstanding resource.
I promise if you spend enough time here on BP, if you have an unwavering passion to accomplish your goals no matter what it takes, and you TAKE ACTION, you will get where you want to be.
Hope this helps...

Stock market does not have a one stop shop of free education and social networking like real estate does. We have Bigger Pockets. If you have a dumb idea, someone will tell you its a bad idea before you waste money.
Unlike the stock market, at the end of the day, you can study study study and you can still lose money OVERNIGHT.
However, in real estate, if the deal is good enough and you know your market, you wont have nearly as much to worry about.
Just my opinion, thoughts?

It is going to be difficult to use wholesaling to build capital with limited experience.
What i have found is that you either need money, or you need time to begin in this business. Please let me know which sounds most like your situation, i would be happy to elaborate.
Best Regards,

A picture makes you appear as a professional, not just a tire kicker. (Although some may still tire kick)
