Im looking for an Investor-Friendly Real Estate Agent in Louisville, KY to give me access to the MLS in exchange for Leads that I have who aren't motivated enough to sell to me at a deep discount. This is a win/win for both of us and I can also use an agent for some other deals I have on the table as well! Thanks.
@Account Closed Yes! Thats exactly how I'm thinking. Like he said he is not very motivated yet he's at the stage where he just wants to get offers to see whats out there. Im going to leave this alone for now because vacant lots are not really what I have in mind. I don't plan to develop anything, Im looking for properties not land, just wanted to get more opinions.
@Tom Keith Are you a local investor, or do you investor in other areas? What would you do in my situation?
@Account Closed The seller I have is trying to get 12 for a property HE SAYS is assessed at 14,500. He isn't very motivated at the moment but I will follow up with him and see if he changes his mind. He said he was trying to get a loan to build on the site himself but it didn't go through so he wants to get rid of it.
@Account Closed Sounds like a plan! I think you're on to something. Let me know how this works for you.
@Account Closed How is that going for you? Do you think buying vacant lots are good investments? If so for who? I have a seller interested.
Thanks @James Stevens
I have a couple of contracts from Jay Morrison. Purchase Agreement, and assignment contracts. Maybe try google to find one or speak with an attorney to see what works best for your area.
