Welcome to Bigger Pockets, Grant. Please consider attending our BP meet up Sept 27th. It's a great group of REIs getting together without all the rah-rah BS.

@Jon Klaus yes I have looked at some on Trulia.
I have heard of some being in the 20-30k range but I have yet to see one for myself. I have actually seen some SFRs in the area (Terrel) that were cheaper than the Mobile/Manufactured.
Jon, did you buy yours and rehab or were they rent-ready?
Thanks.

Looks like they offer a free 3 day trial. I am curious about this as well.

Hi @Ali Boone ,
When you say "teams" I am assuming you mean realtor/prop mgmt/inspector etc? If so are these teams you have assembled yourself or you found through others who have invested in the same market?

Thanks @Chuck Catchings . I am looking mostly in TX but am keeping an open mind for any situation that may makes sense money wise.
I just wanted top get an idea as to why some people buy out of state.
I would love to purchase a turnkey property and save myself some headaches as I work a full time job and dont necessarily have time to hunt down foreclosures, do rehab, etc.
