Hi @Kathyayan goud Mula,
It's good to hear that you want to acquire property in Indianapolis. Indianapolis is the fastest appreciating market in the Midwest and the 15th most affordable metro area in the US. Indianapolis is a good market for cash flow because our property values are affordable, and our rents are going up.
I can provide insight on locations to invest in Indianapolis, neighborhoods to avoid, property management companies, contractors, and at-times off-market properties. I'll be very glad to help you.

Indianapolis hands down. Lowest unemployment rate in the midwest. Great jobs market. Rents throttling up. Still affordable with lots of cash flowing properties. I can definitely help you out. Just need to get on a call!

Hi @Antonio Coa , that's awesome that you're ready to unload that much money in an investment. I work in Indy and that money could go a long ways here with a mixture of multifamily properties and single family for both appreciation and cash flow. We are the fastest growing city in the Midwest and our unemployment rate is very low at 2.5%. Would be happy to jump on a call!

Hey @Kevin Bonner, it's great you are considering different cities to invest in. I work in Indianapolis and here's some things I'm seeing: we are growing steadily at around 2% / year and we have one of the lowest unemployment rates in the Midwest at 2.5%. I would love to talk more with you about investing!
