Indianapolis hands down. Lowest unemployment rate in the midwest. Great jobs market. Rents throttling up. Still affordable with lots of cash flowing properties. I can definitely help you out. Just need to get on a call!

I work in Indy and that money could go a long ways here with a mixture of multifamily properties and single family for both appreciation and cash flow.
