@Joe Au so I looked it up the average household income is between 60 and 76K the numbers below are from 2016

Householder under 25 years$31,681
Householder 25 to 44 years$62,780
Householder 45 to 64 years$75,534
Householder 65 years and over$44,764

These cost of living numbers are from 2017 here's the link I found, do you think these numbers are wrong?

https://www.expatistan.com/cost-of-living/salt-lak...

I calculated 62K income with rent at an average apartment 1,142. is about 54. 29%

The following link talks about what percentage you should spend on housing.

I want to make sure I'm understanding correctly, what you're saying is that in the long run the affordability isn't going to be there, so it's not great for our state investors?

Thank you so much for your time. I really appreciate it. As I'm looking at this I'm remembering something I heard Jay Papasan say, "I'd rather lose 5 good properties, than buy one bad one."

I really appreciate your help.

@Tom Ott and @Timothy Murphy III thanks so much for the reply. Can either one of you tell me if there is any job growth, infrastructure building, tax incentives or breaks for businesses moving in? There are three things I think are important for investing population migration to an area bases on job growth and affordability.

Thanks for your time.

@Yuki Inui Wow, it sure sounds like there is some major growth happening. How is all that business moving there, are there tax breaks or incentives?

Hi Scott. My BA is in Religious Studies, but I also have a Professional Certificate from MSU in Boadcast Meteorology. I feel like I have a minor in business but strictly by experience. We have a 25 percent ownership in a restaurant. Have a great weekend.

Hi @Account Closed. I think this is a great question, and while I don't have any experience on either end of your question.

I do remember listening to one of the BP podcasts where they talked about getting investors and how to compensate. I think it was the episode with Kathy Fettke. Would love to hear more about how you figure it out. Please keep us posted and best wishes with the deal! I hope it works out.

Can anyone share with me an information about an area in Clevenland? I think it may be called North Collinwood near 90 and Lakeshore Blvd.  I can't really tell so I'm hoping someone can share some local light with me.

Thanks,
