Joe is right that Hawaii is one of the most solid plays. However the golden rule is what is your goals. If you have time ahead of you then bleeding money every month for that eventual big payday might be good. However if your looking at retirement that might not be the best thing.

Brandon Trafford It seems to me that since you need 50k or more to get into these apartment deals a a passive investor. The normal means and methods of networking might not be that effective. Maybe because there is a fraction of commercial guys to SFH folks I think you need to make more of an initiative and seek out those in sending out a forum blast.

Honestly this is my first year with Mark's group. But I have listened to about 200 hours of his podcasts and pretty educated that I could do my own taxes all these years. I just thought it was about time to pay the man because. This is truly the modern business model, to give away all your information and let your customers come and refer business.

Hawaii is like the west coast market but worse. Like 3-5 caps. Jasmine C. Knows what she is doing.
