I have a questions regarding wholesalers working with Real Estate Agents to find the buyer (Cash Buyer) for wholesale properties.
Working closely with a Realtor how can I facilitate a wholesale transaction with a preferred Buyers Agent or Investor friendly Realtor (The agent who can find cash buyers for the deal)?
And how should the Realtor be compensated?
I know there is a fine line here in these transaction, taking into account a willing Realtor agent want to be apart of the deal.
I would like to know if this works and how this may be possible for it to be a win-win situation for everyone considering I am bringing them the deals only and the only task at hand is locating the End-Buyer?
Thanks for your input, just stuck at determining if this can work

Tamika,
First Rule of Thumb and something I had to learn too, don't take the advice of those around you especially who are not in the business. Yes, I believe there were some tips given to you without realizing if any were previous landlords, which was..What Not To DO. It comes down to continuing educating yourself and finding out the "WHY NOT", quick There are many avenues to pursue in Real Estate so explore and find YOUR Niche.
Speaking beyond my current scope of interest I believe Buy and Hold would be a great avenue, definitely a route I'm looking to get into!
Good Luck

Thanks for your input on this topic
To clarify, I met a recent network contact that led me to the Director of Housing Authority. I wanted to get advice on how and if HUD services could be of any help to me and my real estate business or just a waste of his time in courtesy?

Hey BP,
I have a question that I was hoping someone can shed some light on how to approach the Director of The Housing Authority. What questions would you ask as a newer investor working primarily as a wholesaler. Can there be any help that I may be able to receive from someone of this caliber or would they be best for possible mentor amd/or Private Money lending partner(if they have some cash to invest) or possibly a lead source for HUD Homes in the area?
I would appreciate some great approaches on how to work with this authority and making the most out of this connection?
FYI, I have a scheduled meeting with them and not a drop by so looking to be prepared in finding to best way to develop and utilize this resource.
Thanks in advance for your help!
