@Liam Hanson How would I be able to network with attorneys for divorce and probate? I have been trying to figure this out. So I send them a letter. If I was to randomly run into one, how would I go about approaching them. Any assistance you could offer is greatly appreciated.

What are some good list brokers out there? I haven't had much success finding others that are decent other than Mellisa Data and List Source.

I use Call Rail and I love it. I love that I can generate up to 10 different numbers and assign them to specific marketing campagins. I also love that I can record all my calls.

I am also wanting to use VA's for cold calling, pulling different types of lists and I am wondering what else I can have them do> How are you finding your VA's for cold calling? Also, what are some examples of scripts you have them use. What other tasks do people use VA's for concerning real estate investing.
Enquiring minds want to know. LOL

I have never heard of this before and I find it very interesting. How is this done and how do you get the phone numbers of possible motivated sellers to text to?

Hello Everyone,
I am thinking of printing my own postcards because I want them mailed quicker than printing companies can print and email them without having to pay large fees.
If you self print and mail your postcards how do you do it? Is there a program you use to assist you in this? If so, is it installed on your computer or online? Where do you buy your postcard stock, is it perforated or do you cut your own using a paper cutter? Also, do you print the mailing address, use address labels ore hand write the address on postcards?
I am going to be sending multiple postcards to the same address every few days for a specific marketing niche. I will be doing this for about a month or so before I move on to the next area.
I also would like to mention I have a Mac Book Pro that I use and it has MS Office installed on it also.
Any assistance you can give me is greatly appreciated.

I think it really depends on your situation. For instance, in Texas a person cannot take your homestead. It also depends on your interest rate on your home versus your investment properties. I know a lot of investors that don't pay off their rental properties because its a form of asset protection.
I am sure others will have different or even better advice but I hope this helps.
