Driving for dollars

Has any member on BiggerPockets used application on Android or iPhone to record their driving for dollars? Right now I working a full-time job over 50 hours driving for dollars is not always realistic for me. Slowly driving down the neighborhood at night is most likely to get me in trouble.

I am looking to create systems that I could use a Google tracking map create a route have ability to Mark the map with properties I want to contact. Ideally I would like to be able to export The route to a bird dog. Set up a system where I could repeat the route every 2-3 months.

My idea is I'll be able to create multiple routes export them to family and friends / bird dogs. If they are using an app I would be able to visually see if they had actually driven The Route. If the app allows them to add contact information or take pictures that would be great.

I am an investor in Broward trying to work smarter than harder hopefully.

Any suggestions would be appreciated for driving for dollars. I use my cell phone for everything except making phone calls so why not use this technology to track driving for dollars.

Thank you!

Hello

Unfortunately i don't have any suggestions, but i have the same goals right now in buying my first property within a year that would be a multifamily. I too plan on living in one unit so i could get better financing. I plan on doing more researching in the next few months, driving for dollars ect.. if i see a good area with potential i would be more than happy to share it. Best of luck!

I am a new investor in Broward County, I was wondering if anyone on bigger pockets can recommend CPA that works with investors.  If this question has been already asked i was not able to find the Discussion, still new to bigger pockets and learning how to navigate this site. Thank You

Yes I know I can do a Google search but I was wondering if anyone in the Broward County Community has worked with a CPA that works with investors.

I am still in the research phase of my investing career right now, I plan to start actively investing in 4-6 months

My reasons for looking for a CPA care the following.

  • Create an entity with minimum tax overhead.
  • Have a business entity that allows me the maximum for funding into IRA that could be used for investing
  • Be able to employ my teenage sister and also fund her own IRA for her thru the company.
  • Setting up QuickBooks or another software where the maximum amount of automation can be done invoice payroll ect..
  • Because I'm currently employed in the restaurant business possibly setting up an IRA to minimize my taxes until I can sustain my income thru real estate investment.
  • When I bring in partners for investing purposes having an automated/ organized system in paying them back ect..

Thank You
