    I am actually in Borward myself still looking for a CPA, I am looking for a CPA that would do my taxes for 2016 and that has a real estate mindset, so when i do acquire property, proper steps could be taken to minimize my taxes . I currently don't own property, Good Luck on your search if you don't mind let me know how your search goes.

@Brie Schmidt thanks for the input, I have a FHA approve but found that the numbers in my area don't work for me so working on saving more and learning more from BP, maybe when i see something that works i may not need to use FHA.

Welcome  @J. A. Marin. I am actually new here in south Florida looking for my first deal 2-4 MFH with FHA financing. From my Basic understanding what i have been seeing in Hollywood and coral springs from MLS listings no right deal at the moment, but i could be wrong. @Account Closed You suggested wholesaling properties in south Florida to get started. What contracts would you suggest that work best here in south Florida for wholesaling? i understand the concept behind it but i am honestly not sure what paperwork i should have if i find a great deal.

Raising hand here, I am a new investor in the Hollywood area. Looking for my first MFH that i would like to do FHA financing. I am looking in Broward, Looking to find a property in a neighborhood that's A, B maybe C. Trying to apply the 1%, I just started looking. I like the Coral springs area and limited areas in hollywood. I am still learning the neighborhoods.

I am from Broward, looking forward to connect with local BP members.

In a few months i am going to start creating a plan for marketing directly too homeowners " driving for dollars". I was hoping too do my first property conventionally but again if the numbers don't make sense than i would have to find other ways.  I am guessing you have moved to South Caroline how is the market their ?

 @Brandon Turner is that correct that i can't use @ from the biggerpockets app or did i do something wrong. i have an android phone don't hold that against me.
