Alot of the newer VR full-service startup companies are coming in low at 18-20% to attract homeowners saying they can do the same for less without being nickel and dimed.

One I had planned to make into a VR I bought late 2019 and the pandemic hit before I could get it ready and I panicked and ran it as a long term rental.  2021 went amazingly well so it was the push to to get add some more.

I don't own any VR properties, but I am very intrigued by the niche, and in fact am the one that got this Forum on BP going.

We have a VR near St Phillips plaza in Tucson.

Does anyone have experience working with a reliable VR solution to show properties?

Buddy of mine who’s been in the VR rental business for 15 years had an elderly woman die of a heart attack while on vacation.

No mention of the STR in Paradise Valley, AZ used for shooting porn flicks or the gang shootouts in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe & Mesa STRs?

In addition to those with certain incomes or credit, you could include criminal histories, pending litigation, etc.I'll ask a devil's advocate question which may or may not stir this pot a whole lot more, but do child molesters, rapist, kiddy porn peddlers, etc. all deserve the same standard of living and attention as those of us who aren't?
