We could have taken some severe hits and still not have had to go back to our old jobs.

I am wondering if anyone is still finding deals that will cash flow.

In some cases, lenders seem to have a front-row seat to investor activity—seeing who’s buying, who’s refinancing, and what types of projects are getting funded.That got me wondering: Is it worth it for investors and businesses to build stronger relationships with lenders as a referral source?

There you can build up your skills even further and these jobs can pay a lot if you are producing great results.  

Look for markets with population and job growth.

Then when we dig in I don't qualify for anything because I have never worked a job for more then a few months (I do specialty construction gig work).
