Its portable, and does not need WIFI, only power, so once I get the place repaired and rented, I might move the whole system to my next vacant property.  

I just hope (with the heater being portable) that no one messes with it or, even worse, "borrows" it!

Actually a slightly nicer room,  and they also gave me 2 p.m. checkout so I could swim and sit in the saunas longer.  

Has anyone tried converting shipping containers (not sure it makes sense vs. used RVs or MHs) or tried any of the Chinese portable buildings advertised on Alibaba and Amazon?

Is there much difficulty in gettin one platform then transitioning to another, or does the infothey tend to be pretty portable?

Current state is a 3-bed, 3-bath beach house with 2 queen sized beds, a bunkbed room, and two portable pack-and-plays for babies.Future state would be upgrading the 2 queens to kings. 

We were on our way to view the covered parking, gym, hot tub and sauna. it is a nice high rise building and has lots of amenities.

The fence is very decent for a portable table saw.
