I think you save money by using a good accounting program-no matter which one--because you have instrumentation to watch your income and expenses and because you're less likely to lose deductions.

It took them years to decades or generations of families to earn that money and that do not want a program telling them what to do with it.I can see small items automated with AI where people do not care like buying a 20 dollar stock or buying a 30 dollar t-shirt.

To answer your question, i guess what I would do to find investors (if i wasn't going to go networking) is i would reach out to a data supply company, and pull 5-10k building owners from the state I wanted to network with, then I'd hook it up to my automated marketing and just hit like 200-300/day until something lands.
