I am working on a product that will help small-medium size landlords launch and maintain Internet presence at a small monthly cost without spending big budget on custom development.It will include: SEO, custom domain, direct syncing with your property management software, syncing with QB. 

Ignore that I sell SEO services, on BP I am offering everything I can for free.

I jumped ship and tried my own SEO / Adwords campaigns, hired experts and did all the right things but couldn't generate an abundance of leads let alone anything of quality.

Now:You can spend thousands of dollars on SEO and PPC and still make no deals. 

Consider the ones that paid $20k - $40k on their credit cards for the full mentorships, spent thousands more on data sites, thousands more still on direct mail, email blasts, then even more on SEO and SEM.  

Who is using marketing companies for Seo and paid google ads?

I am looking into getting manufactured homes built in China.

Lots of people focus on "SEO" to get new leads first... but really the only SEO anyone should focus on first is ranking well for your company name and brand searches (like "[your company] reviews").

If I order HVAC or plumbing parts from China generally the measurements of fittings are off and delivery takes 30+ days.

So I am thinking my next move since I don't like how well the mail performed,  is to try SEO.
