Sounds odd but for the millennial’s, it’s perfect.

Most people don't like to rent to young millennials.

Not sure what part of NY you are in but I have purchased properties in the Buffalo area for low prices it’s been some years but the area in general is still pretty low priced .Buffalo seems to come up on those lists of “where millennials are moving “ these days .

In fact, it would seem very unlikely since the word was just a couple years ago that millennials are scared of buying homes because of 2008.By any tangible measurement compared to other economies, our housing prices are very cheap. 

The millennial comment was more about the way you are coming across in the forum rather than your specific age.  

I talk to plenty of millennials who already have 5+ properties, pretty impressive and will be retiring a lot earlier than most.

In my experience, there were almost as many 40+ guests as millennials.

No disrespect here its the texting millennial generation.

I think that trends among millennials (who make up most first time buyers, which is a massive chunk of my market) are significantly more interested in an urban lifestyle.
