I have a PM that is advertising on AirBnB, VRBO, and their site. 

If you have ideas of what you've looked at or liked it will be very easy to copy/paste from that site. 

These are either repeat guests or leads from other local listing sites, that I direct to book through Houfy.

I live in southern California and every time I pass by a construction site it seems to always be apartment buildings going up.

You can read a book or a blog article but you won't have the experience or know how to negotiate someone like me that does 100 deals a year when you sell a property every 5-7 years.

There was a redesign of the site as well at one point, which destroyed the SEO and google indexing of the forums.
