First of all, they tell me all kinds of good intel about the sellers or the home (which they probably shouldn’t since they represent the seller). lol.

I've been working in remote STR operations for a while now, helping hosts manage the day-to-day bookings, guest comms, maintenance coordination, that kind of thing.I've learned a ton through trial and error, but I know there's always room to improve my systems.
