If you want/have to go cheap, try to mitigate these issues as much as possible: use smaller width upper cabinets (to limit the weight that can be stacked in it) with breaks if possible, smaller width drawers (same reason), lining or similar inside sink base parts *AND* on the base cabinet "feet" (the parts of the cabinets that sit on the floor - a quick poly or cheap paint is fine).

Use 50 foot turnarounds.  25 foot driveway widths.

While the macro market does have significant influence on your business, the real making or breaking of your business is squarely on your shoulders and the decisions you make.

Zachary Pesicka there are several turnkey providers but in the sellers market environment just have someone who has done it before look over your shoulder.

You may want to document that the replacement is temporary and that any damage to the rental Gas Range will be shouldered by the current renters.
