If you want/have to go cheap, try to mitigate these issues as much as possible: use smaller width upper cabinets (to limit the weight that can be stacked in it) with breaks if possible, smaller width drawers (same reason), lining or similar inside sink base parts *AND* on the base cabinet "feet" (the parts of the cabinets that sit on the floor - a quick poly or cheap paint is fine).
