The September FOMC minutes revealed a divided committee, but the recent drop in yields and softening private-sector data have tilted expectations toward another 25 basis point cut.

However, that has come with a few challenges recently as many destination markets have clamped down on Airbnb regulations and many have also seen a dramatic increase in supply of listed Airbnbs, particularly over the last few years when the Travel sector boomed coming out of the Pandemic.

Most areas are low risk for flood, and the job sector has become more diverse. 

Their financial sector is in great shape.

One thing is certain for sure, is that lenders may be required to increase their reserves, which may also reduce their capacity to lend.So, 50-year mortgages would be an interesting development in the real estate sector but there are pros and cons, some of which are beyond the current crystal ball technology.
