If so thank you for saying it.IMHO marketing's job  is to do only one thing and that is to uncover a motivated prospect.

If they fail to get the info you wish it's either because your system is flawed or your prospects have self-selected.

I'd argue that there are 2 flaws in this argument:1- "What happens when I cash that $30,000 check?

Their internal systems for action and balance is flawed and it doesn't seem as though there is a fresh mind or approach driving change and profitability.

To tell the Seller you are using the Inspection period to uncover material defects in the property and then manufacture a defect or reason not to close, thereby again lying to the Seller is unethical.

People love to talk about their home, so this can be a great question to get them talking if the conversation isn't flowing too smoothly (it also helps you uncover important information about the condition of the home).
