Short sale processing is very robotic - like a rusted old robot from the 80's, unfortunately.

I work full time in the auto industry as a robot programmer and have been doing this for 10 years.

AI and robotics are going to make most jobs of today obsolete no matter what industry you are in.

@Bob Wilson You may want to consider a robotic lawnmower to solve this problem.

Scripts make you feel uncaring, fake and robotic.

I am a former NASA robotics scientist, degreed in Applied mathematics, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical engineering, (and a few other degrees not relevant in this case). this doesn't mean that I am automatically right and you are wrong.

We are ramping up on additive manufacturing and approaching the tipping point on about 5 technologies (sensors and networks, artificial intelligence, ever increasing cost/performance of chips, robotics, and synthetic biology).

Just saying there are multiple factors in decision making because we are humans not robots. 

We've had plenty of new neighbors this year since Covid many are coming here to work in BIo Science or Tech like Farm Robotics and automation. saw the new 125 acres indoor Farm in Camarillo Amazing site it would not be possible to grow so much food without computer AI and Tech.
