If you've seen Jesse Piemons take over the whole film in his five minutes in Civil War, I think you know where I'm coming from.But to get away from that kind of existential dread, I also think that a lot of the newbies that come to these particular forums wonder WHY there are a bunch of people with actual money who have actually done something with it actually sitting at their keyboards typing away here and trying to help others.

I have an aunt that was a national ballerina and her husband ( my uncle) was a film director in a former communist country.

Then he recently just bought an office above a strip joint in the adult district and turned it into a loft for ... you can guess... money maker!

Those sure look like great additions to your portfolio.The green and white one is beautiful.The grey one looks like a money maker too.If I had the grey one in my  portfolio, I would, paint the downspouts the color of the siding, and the gutters the color of the eaves, as well as freshen up all of the trim white (like the green house has). 

From that point on I made certain there would be no more ice makers. 

Again, square pegs in round holes THAT's the problem makers, not the markets, not the assets, not the REI'ing, that's all rather simple and straight forward.
