Lead companies will insist you can just dust wipe and get a cert ( u can)...they get to hit you for money for a new cert every time a tenant changes.

I met another older couple who would buy the first new home in a housing project and put up with all the trucks and dust, because they would get really good financing with the builder.

When something like a hurricane comes in and damages an area, after the dust settles are there opportunities to invest and be a part of the re-building process  Charleston took no or very little damage.. thankfully..

If the deal doesn't close for some reason, then the seller will be left holding the bag for a vacant unit.If you are concerned about the dog, the best bet is to wait until you actually own the duplex, then give him appropriate notice that you are terminating his month-to-month tenancy.

A neighbor joked that my paycheck should be direct deposited to Lowe's because I was forever coming home with bags and bags of stuff from there.Just think of the stuff that's breaking as good stories to be told later. :)
