The sample sizes are smaller so the data can be skewed, but I think the neighborhood-by-neighborhood appreciation numbers of specific areas, like Joshua Tree, are the most interesting!

@Nicole W.The thing I always try to remember (though I often fail) is that when dealing with a large enough sampling of the general population you will come across all types of people; the psychotic, neurotic, self obsessed, egotistical, obsessive - compulsive, as well as the unhappy, naive, stupid, etc.
