You'd be very smart to start assembling your 203k Team, which will consist of the REALTOR, lender, 203k Consultant, and contractor.REALTOR needs to not be afraid of the 203k and excited to use it.

It's not the sweet deal I got on my first four loans with my credit union but there is no balloon, which is what my other option consisted of.  

This devalues the currency because of basic supply and demand, the printing of new currency units decreases the value of the existing currency units assuming the velocity of money exchanging hands stays consistent.  

if not an agent can give you access to the house, but you will then need to list them as your agent so they get paid, they have these goofy pushbutton deadbolt knob things on the doors. i think Hubzu lets you bid without POF or pre-approval, but it does "strengthen" you offer in the auction, Im working on one in that platform right now.
