Donald its a great way to gain research, but a horrible way to gain leads.

You need practice to become an expert in any field, and honestly, your first 20 calls are going to be horrible but step by step you're going to feel better and more confident in your ability to perform.

I've looked at lower end homes that are in 200k-300k price range, but they were horrible.

@Michael Ansley It's a horrible idea. 

I am horrible about charging late fees, but it has really helped make tenants pay on time. 

There is a point after receiving such horrible service from so many departments/people that I am really grateful and appreciative of the individual that values and respects my time. 

I dumped over 62k & would love to get that back out of getting way below the value of service, & horrible credit now. 

You could potentially lose the property if you follow this horrible advice.
