After researching it, I am a bit concerned and wish I knew about this requirement before choosing a lender.My questions: Are these required on every commercial loan product in PA?  

Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are conventional products.

They have some cool product. 

@Andy O'NealAbout insurance, I agree that opting for an insurance product tailored specifically to short-term rentals is the only way I'd feel most comfortable.

Home Depot and Menards didn't have a comparable product to price match unless I wanted a different color.  

Back then Shaw was sketchy and had nightly gun fire, and today it's hip filled with 20 somethings carrying around yoga mats and starring into their phones.

Homedepot and Menards are okay, but you will find better products (and perhaps better prices) at a flooring store.
