Considering the gridlock that has become a nightmare for many Bay Area workers and residents, I think there is a real chance that as teleworking becomes mainstream, this will reduce buyer demand in the city and penninsula and increase demand in the east bay and adjacent areas of the Central Valley like Sacramento and Stockton.
