Is anyone currently owning/operating group homes or assisted living facilities in the Denver Area or Northern Colorado?

I've been present since Seattle(and wa state) landlord/tenant laws went from fairness to insanity. ..STR or (airbnb) is still a passive activity, unless you're getting up and cooking your guest meals and turning down his bed for him. 

If anyone owns an indoor sports facility I would love to connect!

My wife and I have only ate take-out from local restaurants when we haven't cooked at home to try to help out and it eerie to see empty restaurants and us being the only car in the parking lot at a high time... that can't be good.

Maybe she could sell several residential rentals and find a storage facility? 

Gas bill for hot water and cooking is about $90 per month.

It is not clear to me if you are talking about 'Rehab facility' or maybe 'halfway house' whatever it is make sure you screen well.
